  4.   - Code optimized so CPU is not loaded during "wait" routines.
  5.   - The installed directory path may now be passed as a parameter
  6.     in wcMenu.  This will be useful for sysops running wcOnline on a
  7.     seperate machine than wcServer.
  8.   - Program can now be installed in a directory besides the Wildcat!
  9.     home directory.  Note that the SUPERS.WCX must still be placed in
  10.     the Wildcat home directory.
  11.   - Couple more characters are allowed for the bbs name, which is displayed
  12.     once the program is registered.
  13.   - Configuration file layout (SUPERS.CFG) has changed, so if you are
  14.     just upgrading from a previous ver, read the readme.1st file
